Video and Photo Consent and Release (2026/27)

SilverRays (SRAYS) practices and/or meets may be documented/recorded for training, promotional and archival purposes. These images may be posted to the SRAYS website and social media, both print and broadcast. By agreeing, the parent/guardian(s) or participant (18 years of age and older) grant permission to SRAYS to take photographs, videos, recordings and publish the same.

Activities include, but are not limited to:

1.  Individual and/or group photos that are taken at practice or competition.

2.  Individual and/or group videos that are taken at practice or competition.

3.  Photos or videos that are used in electronic or print media.

4.  Swimmer’s name, age, and/or classification and results that are used in print form, electronic or otherwise.

5.  Other activities within the swimming community.
